Zusammenfassung:	A synthetic resin composition is prepared by mixing various polymers which differ, above all, in their second order transition temperature; the composition can also contain a filler, an epoxide resin and an alcoholate. The composition is preferably obtained in the form of granules, the particle diameter being within the range from 1 to 10 mm. It is used as a starting material for the production of vibration-damping sheets.
