The gatherable lamellar blind has an arrangement for the horizontal alignment of the lowest of lamellae, which run in lateral guide profiles and are fastened on a raising strand, during lifting of the lamellar hanging. To avoid end rails, it is envisaged that there is fastened at the ends of the lowest lamella in prolongation thereof in each case a first body (45) with a first centring part (46). Arranged inside the associated guide profile and longitudinally displaceable therein, in a position below that of the first body (45), is also a second body (47), which is connected to the raising strand (4) and has a second centring part (80) which is shaped in a complementary manner to the first centring part (46). On lifting the second body (47), the mutually complementary centring parts then pass into mutual centring engagement, during which the lowest lamella assumes an essentially horizontal position.
