Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	New material contg. and releasing at least 1 active substance consists of a gelled plastisol to which moisture-conducting fibres and the active substance(s) have been added prior to gelling. The material can be used e.g. for the prodn. of non-inking stamps, as a dispenser for the hardening component of 2- component adhesives, as a carrier for ink-eradicating substances (e.g. sulphite solns.), or as a carrier for other liquid or pasty materials such as cleaning fluids, insecticides, perfumes, cosmetics, fertilisers, disinfectants or medicines. The material gives gradual and uniform release of the active substance(s) and is not subject to rapid drying out when left exposed to the atmosphere.
