Zusammenfassung: | The screw for securing wall boards has a larger diameter thread (3) at its upper part, with a section of shaft without threads under the head, covering the width of the board. The cutting tip of the screw has two cutting edges (8) while the thread has two profiles with different width. The threadless upper part of the shank serves to locate the wallboards on predrilled holes without damage to the boards. This enables brittle boards to be secured. The upper part of the cutting thread has a profiled edge, with cutting teeth, for improved grip. |
