Zusammenfassung:	A device to introduce small amounts of additives, e.g. pigments, to a flow of plastic granules upstrema of a plasticizing screw, consists of a revolving slotted cylinder at the end of an inclined admixture duct and placed inside the granule casing. The drive motor for the cylinder is a hydraulic rotor with a valve in the oil supply to control its speed. The plastic granules enter the chamber through the opening. The additive passes through an inclined duct to a revolving cylinder with a slot. Its drive motor is a hydraulic motor with a control valve in the oil supply pipe for speed control. The dose of additive which fills the hollow of the cylinder is allowed to drop out freely by a baffle plate which creates a clear space free from granules. This saves expansive gearing or electronic control equipment for the very slow speeds required.
