Zusammenfassung: | The haymaking machine has one or more rotary rakes driven on vertical axes, and with radial arms equipped with tines at the free ends. The arms have control levers with rollers running against a cam, and the rake axes tilt from a vertical position for windrowing forwards into an inclined one for tedding or scattering. The bearings for the arms swing on the rotor body about transverse axes in a radial plane of the body upwards from the windrowing position into one for tedding and scattering, in which they are lockable. Each arm has between its bearing on the body and the control cam on the machine frame a drive mechanism, by which movement of the control lever is transmitted to a varying degree to the arm, depending on the angular position of the bearing in relation to the body. |
