Zusammenfassung:	Magnetic carriers, e.g. tapes, cards and discs, with magnetisable surface lubricated with a fluorinated telechelic polyether polymer with main chain with -CaF2aO- units (in which a is 1-4), contg. polar acid-gp(s), and with mu2/Mn valve (in which mu is the dipole moment) of >=19 x 10-4 Delye2-Mol/g. Lubrication is effective at 40 degrees C and 80% RH, where fatty acid or ester lubricants are unsuitable. The coating is not removed by wiping rigid discs with a cloth contg. isopropyl alcohol.
