Zusammenfassung:	The connecting conveyor for use in a conveyor system, having a gantry connecting two banks and supported at both ends, together with a slewing travel chassis on the upper bank at least. The gantry (2) is supported at the top end on the nearest end of the gantry (5) of a conveyor belt truck (6), which extends on both sides of the travel chassis. The first gantry (2) can be arranged to slew on a vertical axis on the truck, and to slide on it also, and the belt (8) can be arranged to slide on the truck in the lengthwise direction.
