Zusammenfassung:	The heat-pump system has a compressor-operated pump heating a hot-water tank, its low-pressure heat-transfer unit serving a space to be cooled and its high-pressure one being divided. A first portion (5) of the high-pressure one follows the compressor (3) immediately in the flow direction of the cooling medium and is mounted in the hot-water tank (6). The second portion (7) following the first exchanges heat with the compressor, being followed in turn by a third (8) below the first in the tank. There is a fourth portion (9) which can be cooled if desired.
