Zusammenfassung:	The ribbon guide members are used for typewriters and similar office machines, particulary those with disc-shaped universal type carriers allowing several ribbons to be used as desired. On an angle brcket moving up and down two mirror-image ribbon guide members are mounted, having guide slots extending outwards to suit the different widths of the ink and correction ribbons. Chamfered protrusions partly cover the slots, and the members have scrapers extending inwards parallel to the platen and nearly to the typing point. The scrapers are stiffened to prevent vibration, and they are chamfered to suit the type carrier.
