Zusammenfassung:The demountable towing hook for a car has a hollow shaft (1) mounted vertically behind the bumper, out of sight, and provides a push in mounting for a swan neck towing hook (4) with a locking ratchet (15) gripping profiled recesses inside the hollow section. The ratchets are formed by metal balls (15) pushed outwards by a conical ended shaft (10) threaded through the vertical section of the swan neck, and operated by a knurled knob.
