Zusammenfassung:	The clutch is intended for connecting two shafts (24,38) with offset, or not truly aligned, centres, whilst maintaining a constant rotational angular relationship between these shafts. It comprises clutch halves (10,14) on the shafts, a floating intermediate member (12), and link assemblies (16,18) connecting the halves to this member. Each link assembly comprises links (30,44) pivoted (28,42) to the halves and to the member respectively. Axial forces, occurring between the clutch halves are absorbed by radial-axial bearings (56,58) carrying the shafts in a housing (50) which contains the entire clutch assembly.
