Zusammenfassung:The system has one or more anodes set directly in to the porous well pipe at the required points and at least temporarily supplied with an anodic current set such that oxygen is evolved and hydrogen ions produced. The anodic current is supplied at periodic intervals such that the time for which the current flows is small compared to the time for which it does not flow. The current only flows whilst the well is not in use. The cathode is located in the ground. The anodes are made of non-corrosive material such as titanium coated with platinum or with ruthinium oxide, or such as ferrite or carbon etc. The well's pipe may be made of these substances or it may have holes through which wires of this material pass. The system prevents ocherous deposits blocking the filtration holes in the well pipe.
