Zusammenfassung: | A shale oil recovery process liberates low calorific value gas in a separator. The gas flows from the separator either through a preheater or through a bypass to a first stage catalytic combustion chamber. Before entry to this combustion chamber it is preheated by indirect exchange with the combustion products of the chamber. The combustion products continue from the heat exchanger to a second catalytic combustion chamber. The products of the second chamber drive a two stage gas turbine. The turbine drives an air compressor which injects the combustion air into the gas upstream of the two combustion chambers. |
