Zusammenfassung: | The equipment prefabricates large brick walls, having a travel track for a crab with hoist winch delivering an empty frame with inserted pallet, and transporting a full one to the knockout point. A jig lowers the frame in stages below the floor, and a transfer mechanism delivers a row of bricks, previously coated with mortar, into the frame. A transfer mechanism receives the empty frame from the crab and inserts it in the jig, which after insertion of the rows of bricks is lowered to bring the frame top edge below the floor. A second transfer mechanism then receives the fll frame below floor level and transports it sideways clear of the jig via rails on the cover of the trench to a second working position, where it is engaged by the empty hoist and lifted and lowered to allow any additional work to be carried out, after which the complete wall section is set down to be carried out, after which the complete wall section is set down at the knockout point. |
