Fire damp protected motor controller - has tenacity plate cover with clamping holes aligned with junction box bores

The housing of the control gear for electrical equipment of mines is provided with safety units for its transport. The units are not removable and improve the condition for transport and at the same time prevent damage or loss of locking bolts and of seals. The high-tenacity plate of the cover has holes for connecting bolts in line with bores (6-9) at the face of the junction box. The cover ties to the junction box has brackets for hoist attachment and their common plane coincides with the plane of the cover. The control housing (2) is articulated to the motor switchgear (1) and its opposed end faces carry the junction boxes, with current input lead through (4).
