Zusammenfassung:	Extruder for plastics has a cylindrical barrel hopper and heaters; its revolving screw has axial zones for loading, consolidating and ejecting, the barrel has an inner grooved sleeve at the loading zone with a hole for the inlet hopper. Sleeve is a revolving feed regulator for the material and has a speed controller which has a number of circumferential holes successively aligning with the hopper inlet. Loading and ejecting zones are sharply delineated, and the ejection zone remains constant in operation.
