Zusammenfassung:In a pressure stream treatment of linseed the charge is treated on discharge from a pressure vessel by steam at a periodically changing pressure of 1-4 bar and moistened by 2-4%. The initial pressure of the vessel never falls below 0.u bar and a steam jet heater keeps its temp. >100 degrees C. This reduces the steam consumption and requires no excessive prior size reduction. The oil and groats produced are of high quality.
