Connector used between TIG welding burner and welding machine - where two control cables are shielded from high frequency current fed to burner by tube in connector plug

The connector has a central block made of insulating material and provided with a current connector bolt entered by a current tube contg. inert gas supply channels and fitted with an insulating handle. The tube carries high frequency welding current to the burner and also forms part of a central connector plug; the tube also contains a control cable fitted with a contact heat insulated from the tube. The contact head mates with a spring-loaded contact peg located in the central block and fitted with a control lead. An insulator bush surrounds the contact- head and -peg. combines a high frequency connector and a connector for control cables in a single housing, where the two electric current. are shielded from each other.
