Zusammenfassung:Catalyst for dimerisation, oligomerisation or (co)polymerisation of vinyl cpds., consisting of an active phase of a transition metal of gp IV or V on a macro-porous copolymer carrier from vinyl and divinyl monomers, with surface area 30-700 m2/g., and an organic cpd. of Al as co-catalyst. Used in prond. of ethylene and alpha-oleiene (co)polymers. Catalysts has high activity giving polymers with low ash content without washing, and allowing particle size of the polymer to be controlled.
