Zusammenfassung:	The interior light of the vehicle is provided with a space in its housing to insert a control circuit which includes a time delay as well as a three position switch (5). The driver can select a delay setting on the switch which allows the light to operate for a set time interval after the door is closed, or after the light is witched off manually. The time delay can be preset or adjustable. It allows the drive time to fit his seal belt, or to leave the car in a dark garage. The circuit can be coupled to existing lights.
