Zusammenfassung:	Parent patent discloses a cleaning compsn., (A), for purifying plant- and animal material-derived foodstuffs and feedstuffs. (A) is used as an aq. concentrate contg., by wt. 0.1-10% water-soluble or -dispersible protein, 0.01-3% water-soluble polymers, 1-15% sequestering agents and 0.01-1% preservatives and auxiliaries. In this addn. the cleansing compsns. are used as tablets contg., by wt., 75-20% (A) and 25-80% mixt., forming a gas when dissolved in water. Gas generation, when dissolving the tablets, causes a movement of purifying liq. and allows (A) to reach surface to be purified more quickly and actively. Active O is formed when dissolving peroxide-contg. tablets. Tablets allow accurate dosage.
