Zusammenfassung:A case construction for an electronic alarm wristwatch powered by a battery 40, comprising: a case band 29; a sound-emitting cover 22 detachably fastened to the case band and including a battery replacement through-hole and sound-emitting holes; a fixing ring 26 disposed in concentric relationship with the battery replacement through-hole; a battery hatch cover 28 removably engaging a portion of the fixing ring; a vibrating plate 24 fixed to the fixing ring and spaced from the sound-emitting cover; a sealing ring 38 disposed between the vibrating plate and the battery hatch cover to provide a water-tight seal; and a piezoelectric vibrating element 30 mounted on the vibrating plate.
