The element (10) comprises a receptacle or bath (12) containing an isolating wall in which an opening is made and which contains a liquid sample with particles in suspension to be analysed. An apparatus for optical measurement of haemoglobin is associated with this bath in order to measure the haemoglobin content of the solution to be tested.
