Zusammenfassung:New azo dyes are of formula (I) (in which R1 is H, alkenyl, opt. substd. alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; K is the gp. of a coupling component; X is CN, (m)ethoxy, phenoxy, aryl mercapto, aryl sulphonyl, alkyl mercapto, alkyl sulphonyl, carboxylic ester or opt. N-substd. carbonamide; Y is CN, Cl, Br, SO3H or NO2 and n = 0 or 1). Used for dyeing or printing of synthetic fibres, esp. polyesters, in reddish-violet to blue shades. Good fastness, esp. to heat, is obtd.
