Zusammenfassung:	The grip which is made from an elastomer consists of a main disc(1) with a part spherical hollow(6) at one side. The edge(3) of the disc at the side of the hollow is thin and flexible, forming a suction edge. The circumference of the disc has a concave circular section so that it can be used as a hand grip. A central knob(4) is moulded on the disc at the opposite side of the hollow. The section of the disc round the stem of the knot is thin, so that the knot can be pushed in easily to reduce the vacuum.
