Zusammenfassung:The surface of the contact parts of detachable and non-detachable electrical contacts (1) is coated with electrical aluminium (2), an aluminium of high purity (> 99.99), good electrical conductivity and high ductility < 200 N/mm , Vickers hardness. The coating is used for plug connections consisting of contact blades or contact springs or of contact pins and contact sockets and for screw connections, as well as for contact surfaces which are welded using ultrasound. The welding capability is of importance for making contact with electronic components.
