Zusammenfassung:	The high pressure against whiplash action in case of rupture by a restrictor brackets (10). The restrictor can consist of a single U-shaped loop attached to a flat base, or of two loops at right angle to each other, attached to a VEE-shaped anchor block. The brackets (17) are made from laminated compound material which allows large plastic deformation when absorbing tensile loads. The bracket ends (18) are provided with pivot plate locations on the anchor plate (48).
