Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A taper bush assembly is used to locate a gear or chain wheel (2) on a shaft (1). An internal sleeve (3) with an expansion slot fits onto the shaft such that the external taper section (5) is located inside the stepped hole of the gear wheel. The external screw (3) of the taper bush is protruding from the wheel (2) so that it can locate a clamping nut (8). A tapered expansion bush (4) which fits into the location hole of the gear wheel is forced against the inner taper sleeve (3) when the clamp nut is screwed tight. Thus the inner sleeve is compressed onto the shaft and the outer bush is expanded against the gear wheel bore so that a firm fit is produced.
