Zusammenfassung: | The improved windsurfer has a profiled bows section (14) with a deeper thickness at the bows and a wider rear section. The centreboard (19) is held in an elastic sleeve, from the top of the board and is adjusted by the foot of the operator while the sail is gripped by two curved grip bars (17), one each side of the sail, and curved upwards to allow the user to duck under the sail when tacking. The curved handgrips prevent foot damage when the mast is dropped for travelling under bridges. Additional stability is provided by an adjustable fin (13) under the stern. |
