Flush mounted rocker type switch - has socket in which all components are mounted, with several locking projections holding base and cover together

The switch has a metal support and a socket mounted on it between its parts and bent ends of supporting loops made in one piece with the support. The socket consists of a bottom part and cover, and holds the switch contacts and terminals, and an operating rocker supported in recesses of the cover. This rocker is connected by a switching arm to a switching rocker in the socket. In order to produce a preassembled unit, the socket (10, 11) with its contacts, terminals and rockers has projections formed on the cover (11) or on the base part (10). Locking projections are provided on the free ends of the former which lock in corresponding recesses in the base part (10) or in the cover (11).
