Servo valve assembly with hydrostatic rotary slide - uses drive shaft extension with double thread with inner thread adjusting tolerance and outer thread allowing fluid passage

The servo valve has a hydrostatically supported rotary slide. It consists of a valve block with fluid supply - and outlet channels, a rotary slide, and an electromagnetic drive for slide actuation. The adjusted tolerance of fit of the sealing gap is re-established without re-adjustment of the adjusting element, after the fluid has passed through the gap. The extension of the drive shaft in the valve housing carries a double thread. The inner thread serves to adjust the tolerance of fit of the rotary slide, and the outer thread to pass the fluid through the gap. The outer screw moves against a stop, so that the original fit is re-achieved.
