Zusammenfassung: | Dialysis membrane for hemodialysis is based on cellulose regenerated from a solution of cellulose and ammoniacal copper oxide, the improvement being that the membrane is formed from >=2 rigidly bonded layers. The side of the membrane which contacts blood is pref. (partially) modified cellulose contg., chemically linked, the active antithrombogenic component. The blood contacting layer is pref. 10-50% the total thickness of the membrane and comprises a dialkylaminoalkyl-cellulose with a substitution degree of 0.1-3. The membrane is in the form of a tubular sheet or hollow fibre. |
