Zusammenfassung:	The conveyor belt runs over driving and return drums at the opposite ends, and is largely or entirely supported on the working run by a gaseous or liquid medium. Support of the belt itself (1) on this run is effected via a further belt (2), or series of belts one after the other. These run at the same speed, and are supported in a trough (3) by the action of a gas or fluid under pressure. The design allows friction to be kept to the minimum without the use of a belt of complicated and expensive construction.
