Zusammenfassung: | The extractor is configured as a column, consisting of a head (10), sump (18) and column sections (5). An inlet nozzle (9) is provided at the head (10), through which nozzle the material running over inclined surfaces is charged and simultaneously preheated. In the column sections (5) are provided tubes (14) beneath which are arranged jets (16). In the sump (18) are provided a valve (3), controlled by means of a float (17) for admitting steam, an inlet nozzle (2) for the solvent and an outlet nozzle (1) for the material. The material flows from the head (10) to the sump (18) of the extractor, while the solvent flows in the opposite direction. The steam flows through the jets (16) into the tubes (14) where a three-phase mixture of solid material, solvent and steam is produced. As a result, a periodic intensive mixing of the material with the solvent is achieved so that higher productivity and more reliable operation are ensured. |
