Zusammenfassung:	The ventilating lighting fitting housing is arranged above the discharge lamps. Housing slots are pressed without material removal. The slot openings are in vertical plane and they are pressed into pockets for air flow. Area of slots is controlled by a slider. This arrangement ensures relatively low air flow hood on the lighting fitting. In one end position of the slider (5) there is minimum cross section (4b) across the waste air flow slot (4a). The slider (5) is made shorter than the total length of its associated waste air pockets (4) arranged in a row. The slider is made shorter by one pitch (1L) of a waste air pocket (4).
