Zusammenfassung: | The individual colours of the polychrome image correspond to X-rays of different spectral composition. Spectral analysis is carried out from several successive exposures, each to a narrow spectrum of X-rays. The spectral filters are placed between the X-ray source and the object irradiated interspersed among layers of photographic film. Each filter is pref. composed of the same material as the anti-cathode it is used with, or an element of approx. the same atomic number. |
