Air diffusor for ventilation and air conditioning of rooms comprises one or more air inlet or outlet holes (7) connected to pipe sections (9) which extend through the floor and which are connected to pipes. The diffusor is box-shaped, with the inlet or outlet hole in the bottom and having a cross-section comprising a multiple of that of the pipe section. The hole is surrounded by a sealing strip (3) by which the diffusor is supported on the floor (2), and which provides sealing between the pipe section and hole. The diffusor is pref. sealed relative to the floor simply by its weight. The diffusor has high flexibility in its spatial relationship to the pipe section.
