Zusammenfassung:	The lining of the roller is fastened to the basic body with adhesive. This adhesive completely fills the pockets of the metal mesh forming the roller lining. The tubular roller lining is held in place on the basic body and its longitudinal seam is welded and joined simultaneously to the basic body. Adhesive is then poured into the metal mesh pockets. The Adhesive can be pressed into the pockets with a scraper. The angle of engagement of the scraper is varied to apply the adhesive and to press it into the pockets of the roller lining.
