Zusammenfassung:	Dust-free dye or optical brightener granules are obtained when dyes or optical brighteners are mixed and homogenised in the dry state in the presence of at least 10 percent by weight, based on the dye or optical brightener, of at least one adhesifier (coupling agent, adhesive agent) which softens or melts between 50 and 150 DEG C, and optionally further additives, and then by heating to at least 50 DEG C with mixing or rolling agitation are converted by particle enlargement into a granular non-dusting form and cooled down with agitation. The granules obtained are useful for a wide range of fields, for example for dyeing and printing or optically brightening a wide range of materials from an aqueous or organic liquor.
