Rear spoiler of integral foam for motor vehicle - with soft outer wall and tough core with high expansion capacity

Rear spoiler of integral foam for motor vehicle comprises an outer wall of soft material and a hard core, with a high expansion capacity in all directions and with the same shape. The difference in hardness between the outer wall and the core pref. comprises approx. 40 degrees Shore A. Fastening means are pref. mounted in the core, with a bolt which is surrounded with hard integral foam, polyurethane or hard rubber. The core provides the spoiler with sufficient stability, and satisfactory pressure-absorbing capacity at high speeds, while the soft outer wall allows easy deformation. The shape avoids vibrations or shimmy noise in spite of the soft outer wall. With the above difference in hardness, the longest dimensions of the core comprise approx. 2/3 of the total outer dimensions of the spoiler.
