Zusammenfassung: | The skeleton system is for a light structure industrial hanger-type block, and has a frame with corner-rigid connections provided by the use of prestressed screws, producing a high degree of load bearing capacity in the line of the screw axis, to absorb the axial norm forces. The prestressing of the screws leads to enhanced friction between the contact surfaces of the elements being connected, suitable for absorbing the shear forces vertical to the frame axis. The surfaces of the elements being connected are joined as paired forces for absorption of the pressure force components of the corner moments. The nodal points corresponding to the tension cross-sections of the connecting elements absorbing the forces, and to the homogenously assumed cross-section of the pressure surfaces of the elements being connected, contain a reduced proportion of screws. The intrinsic weight of the frame is reduced, and material is saved. |
