Zusammenfassung:The relaxation oscillator contains a capacitor and no negative impedance elements. The capacitor charging circuit (6) is connected between the positive supply pole and the capacitor. The capacitor/charger junction is connected via a diode (13) and resistor (7) to the emitter of one of two complementary transistors (14, 15) and to the collector of a third transistor (16). The two complementary transistors are connected collector to base. The negative supply pole is connected to the capacitor via a resistor (8) to th third transistors emitter which is connected via another resistor (9) to its non base and to the emitter of the second transistor (15) in the pair.
