Zusammenfassung:1533415 Textile washing composition HENKEL KG AUF AKTIEN 2 Oct 1975 [4 Oct 1974] 40240/75 Addition to 1473201 Heading C5D [Also in Division Dl] Compositions for use in washing and/or bleaching of textiles comprise (A) a synthetic cationexchanger having a calcium binding capacity of at least 50 mg. of CaO per g and of formula wherein Cat is a cation exchangeable with Ca and of valency n, x is 0À7-1À5, y is 0À8 to 6 and Me is B or Al; and (B) (a) a compound of Formula II wherein n is 3 to 5 and R 3 is H or C 1 -C 3 alkyl; (b) a compound of Formula III wherein R 1 is H or C 1 -C 6 alkyl and n is 1 to 3; (c) a pyrrolidone-5,5-diphosphonic acid, wherein the H atom or the N may be substituted by C 1 -C 6 alkyl; (d) a copolymer consisting of units of a singly unsaturated monoalcohol esterified with a carboxylic acid and maleic acid or its anhydride and wherein the anhydride units may be hydrolysed: (e) a poly(α-hydroxy-acrylic acid) of M.W. at least 20,000; (f) a copolymer consisting of units of a polyvinylalkyl ether and maleic acid or its anhydride, the alkyl groups being C 1 -C 6 and the acid or anhydride units being hydrolysed; (g) 3-amino- 1-hydroxypropane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, (h) a polyphosphonic acid of Formula IV wherein X is H, OH, NH 2 or Cl and Y is H or halogen or (i) a citric acid pyrolysate; or a salt of a compound (a) to (i). The compositions may be present in an aqueous liquor with conventional surfactants and bleaching agents.
