Zusammenfassung:3-Fluorobenzodiazepines of formula (I) and their acid-addn. salts are new: (where R1 is H, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C fluorinated alkyl or 4-8C cycloalkyl-alkyl; R2 is phenyl, halophenyl or pyridyl; R3 is F, Cl, Br or No2). Cpds. (I) are CNS depressants, esp. with muscle-relaxant, anticonvulsant and anxiolytic activity, and can also be used as intermediates for other medicaments, e.g. the corresp. 3-hydroxy cpds.
