Zusammenfassung: | Washing machine comprises a freely vibrating unit consisting of a tub, a rotary drum and a drive motor mounted on the tub. The tub is supported underneath by spring legs, and is detachably connected at the top via resilient means to a frame which is connected to the machine housing and forms an inertia mass at and above the upper edge of the tub for the vibrating unit. Pref. the frame has in its lower regions a peripheral flange with a peripheral downwardly opening groove in which engages the outwardly flanged upper edge of the tub. Connecting means releasably attached to the frame engage beneath the upper edge of the tub and are fixed in position in a groove in the upper surface of the flange of the frame. |
