Zusammenfassung: | The ignition system for an i.c. engine has a magnetic generator with a pot-shaped magnet wheel driven by the engine. Permanent magnets of alternating polarity are installed around the inner circumference. These magnets are alternately magnetically coupled with at least one armature with a winding for the generation of ignition energy. At least one magnet is magnetically coupled with a pulse generator for the generation of a control pulse during the ignition point. The generator is connected to the control section of an adjustable switching element in the main current circuit of the ignition system. The pulse generator (24) has at least one component (25) dependent upon the magnetic field situated outside the magnet wheel (31). |
