Zusammenfassung:The electrolytic bath for the anodic oxidation of Al or Al alloy, which is cald to another metal, such as Fe, Cu, stainless steel or the like, is prepd. by the addn. of 0.3-12 vol. % H peroxide to an 0.1-4.0 M aq. soln. of Na hydroxide or is prepd. by addn. of 1-15 wt. % K ferric cyanide to an 0.1-4.0 M aq. soln. of Na hydroxide. This bath produces an oxide film on the Al surface without having an adverse effect on the other metal.
