Mfr. of a set of punched-out cardboard components that fit together e.g., for jigsaw puzzles or gamming tokens or chips, comprises using a cardboard laminate consisting of a relatively thin lamina coated on 1 side with an adhesive. The thin lamina may be cardboard, paper or plastics. A further lamina comprises a relatively thick cardboard provided with a silicone layer that is easily detached from the adhesive layer. The punching-out is effected through the cardboard and the silicone layer right into the adhesive layer whilst having the think lamina intact. The method of mfr. eliminats risk of the set disintegrating after punching so that it is not necessary to re-assemble same for packaging. A complete set with no piece missing or duplicated is readily available for despatch.
