Stamp applying adhesive to shoe soles - with stamp made up from two separate adjustable halves and fitted with adhesive supply channels

The stamp applied adhesive to a sole attached to a last with the active surface of the stamp having recesses such as grooves with adhesive supply channels leading into them. The last (16) and the stamp (30) are positioned in relation to each other and are guided during the application movement so that the zone where they make contact with each other is enlarged from one end of the adhesive application area to the other end through a kind of roller movement and the movement continues in that direction. The stamp is divided into two halves along the sole length with both halves capable to being adjusted in relation to each other.
